ALIVE is a "hybrid" publishing company, which means that in some cases, we cover the entire cost of publishing, marketing, publicity, and promotion ourselves. Whether or not that is the case depends upon the specific characteristics of each project, as we consider each one on a case-by-case basis. In any case, we invest our resources into every project with the expectation of sharing in profits derived from long-term book sales.
One big difference between ALIVE and other publishers is that we consider the author's goals and objectives to be paramount. What YOU want counts first with us. We've done this long enough to know that not all authors have the same desires or outcomes in mind. Our relationship with each author is a unique partnership.
